Credits are the new, flexible way to use Vizlook.com. Instead of being locked into specific feature limits, you receive a monthly credit allocation to spend on the tools you actually need. Each operation, from background removal to product staging, costs a certain number of credits. It’s a simple and transparent system designed to give you total control over your unique workflow.

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will no longer have access to paid features, but you will still have access to the data you have already generated.

When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, you will be charged the full price of the new plan, and your tier will update immediately. Any unexpired credits from your previous plan will remain available until their original expiration date.

Monthly plan credits from your monthly subscription are valid for the duration of your current billing cycle and will automatically reset on your next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle to maintain continuous access. You may cancel at any time in your account settings, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
