Vizlook allows you to generate images based on your inputs. This includes:
- Portrait, Face, and Sensitive Visual Information: Because the Services are designed for image generation and editing, images you upload may contain faces and other visual information about you or other people. Depending on the image content and the feature you use, this may include information that could reveal sensitive characteristics or be treated as biometric or similarly regulated data under applicable law.
- Prompts and Instructions: Text descriptions you provide to generate visuals.
- Source Materials: Images you upload to serve as reference or smart styles for the AI generation process.
1.3 Generated Content (“Output”)
- Outputs: The images generated by Vizlook based on your Input. We store these to provide you with access to your generation history.
1.4 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Feature usage, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location (derived from IP address).
- Device and Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, crash reports, and timestamps.
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security.
1.5 Information From Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: Basic profile information if you sign in via Google or other third-party services.
- Model Providers: Information related to the generation process received from our AI model partners (e.g., usage tokens).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Provide the Services: To process your Input, generate Output using our AI services, and manage your account.
- AI Model Processing: We use third-party AI models (including Google’s Nano Banana model, OpenAI image model and Seedream model) to process your Input and generate Output. We do not use your private Input or Output to train our own proprietary models without your explicit consent.
- Portrait and Face Processing: To process face-related and other visual information contained in uploaded images when necessary to provide the requested generation or editing, perform safety checks, prevent abuse, and maintain service integrity.
- Service Improvement: To debug, research, and enhance the performance and quality of our generation styles.
- Safety and Moderation: To detect and prevent prohibited content, enforce our Terms of Service, and apply content safety filters.
- Security and Compliance: To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
- Communications: To send account notices, security alerts, and promotional updates (which you can opt out of).
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Vendors who provide hosting (e.g., Vercel, AWS), analytics, and payment processing.
- AI Model Providers: To generate or edit images, we may transmit your Prompts, Source Materials, Outputs, and related request metadata to third-party providers such as Google and OpenAI. These providers may process such data for service delivery, safety monitoring, abuse prevention, logging, and legal compliance in accordance with their own terms, policies, and retention practices. We do not control the independent policies or processing practices of third-party providers.
- Moderation and Safety: If we detect prohibited or illegal content, we may share information with relevant partners or authorities to comply with legal obligations and protect users.
- Legal Requirements: To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights and safety of Vizlook and its users.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we generally process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the context:
- Contract: Processing is necessary to provide the Services you request, including account management, image generation, editing, billing, and customer support.

- Legal Obligations: Processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests, tax and accounting obligations, and safety or compliance requirements.
- Consent: We rely on consent where required by law, including where we specifically ask for your permission. If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, but doing so will not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed before withdrawal.

Those jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. - Prompts, Source Materials, and Outputs: We retain your prompts, uploaded images, and generated or edited outputs for as long as needed to operate the Services, provide your generation history, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. If content is deleted or your account is closed, residual copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.
- Usage, Device, and Log Data: We retain usage, device, and log information for as long as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, analytics, and service reliability.
- Support and Communications: We retain communications with you for as long as needed to respond to your requests, improve support, maintain business records, and defend against legal claims.
